Michael Brooks aka Mr.Halifax is the Founder and CEO of Kut Throat Entertainment, an independent hip-hop label based in Raleigh, North Carolina. While Raleigh is the state's capital city many different styles of music are infused in this small melting pot.Mr.Halifax began his career as a DJ in and around Raleigh's Halifax Court Housing Projects. It was there that he fell in love with music. Since that time Mr. Halifax has been developing and molding Kut Throat Entertainment into the label that it is today.
