Woman Who Recieved Judge's Text Speaks Out: MyFoxDETROIT.com
A local judge has taken a lot of heat for taking a half-naked photo and texting it to a courtroom employee. The recipient of the revealing picture is talking only to Fox 2.

She tells Fox 2 it was not about "sex" it was meant to be a joke. The woman says she and the judge have a professional relationship and they're both into fitness. She sees the photo as no different than something you might see in a fitness magazine.
The sheriff's deputy who had the photo of judge Wade McCree in her phone says she wants to set the record straight. Her husband has filed a complaint and the photo is now all over the Internet. The judge has since apologized and is under review.
