While President Obama is about a month into his second term, the public has a major concern. It is the second-term curse.
So what is the second-term curse? Basically, whenever a president enters another four years something bad always happens.
Obama will be the 16th president to enter a second-term. Will he face-off with the curse?
Give it some thought and in the meantime, in honor of President's Day, lets take a journey in time to look at various president's who went toe to toe with the second-term curse. Some could take the heat, others had to forfeit, and some were lost during the fight.
James Madison:

You know that old saying burning down the house? Well, this literally happened when this guy was in office. During the War of 1812, he witnessed the demolish of the White House and the Capitol. Get more of the story here.

William Harrison:

Due to not wearing a coat at his inauguration, a month later he died from the flu making room for John Tyler as the 10th president.

Abraham Lincoln:

After only 41 days of his second-term, Honest Ab was assassinated. His killer was an actor by the name of John Wilkes Booth. Before his death, Lincoln managed to end the Civil War.

Woodrow Wilson:

This president had the reputation of keeping us at peace by staying out of war in his first-term in office. However, by his second-term he was forced to enter the US in WWI .
Franklin D. Roosevelt:

He dealt with the Depression and WWII at the same damn time. Roosevelt led America into war in efforts to hinder the Depression. Manufacturing jobs became abundant do to the need of weaponry.
Richard Nixon:

He was forced to resign thanks to Deep Throat and the whole Watergate scandal. In a nutshell, this was an operation to ruin the Democratic Party with negative campaign ads and harassment.

Ronald Reagan:

Most of us link the crack epidemic to this president. He was also connected with giving weapons to Iran in the Iran-Contra affair during his second-term.
Listen to how Kendrick Lamar saw the crack epidemic in "Ronald Reagan Era":
Bill Clinton:

Before Obama came along, this Arkansas native was said to be the closest thing to a black president. It was a sad day when the nation discovered he would be impeached because he swore up and down that he did not have sexual relations with that woman (Monica Lewinsky).
See Bill respond the the Lewinsky allegations:
George W. Bush:

With 911 in his first-term, the next four years George Bush faced Katrina, Kanye West accusations of racism, and the financial crisis toward the end of 2008.
Relive Kanye West calling out Bush for being a racist:
Now, see Bush's response to Kanye:
What unknowns could Obama possibly face?
