When Usher, Ne-Yo, & B.o.B Were 17 [Video's]
Wondering what Usher, Ne-Yo and B.o.B were like when they were 17? The three recently appeared on MTV’s When I Was 17, with each dishing personal stories about what life was like in the teen years. In the above clip, Usher talks about being self-centered, his love of Notorious B.I.G., Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and how his girlfriend at the time was his best friend. And since he kicked off his career at a ripe age, he discussed how Jermaine Dupri was responsible for his abs. Check below to see the other stroll down memory lane.
B.o.B may only be 21 years old, but that only gives him a leg up on the others in reflecting on being 17. The “Nothin’ On You” singer reflects on being in a rap group called The Clinic, falling asleep in class while listening to classical music, selling candy at school and getting his start at Club Crucial.
Ne-Yo chats about growing up in Las Vegas, his teenage eccentricity, his voice helping him win over the ladies and being obsessed with “The Simpsons.”

I was going to watch that at 10:30a my time. Thanks that saved me some time. I like those types of shows that let you see what others were doing back in the day. I can't even remember what I was doing last week (ha ha) I'm kidding. I just wish I could go back to when I was 17 and do everything the way I should have done things and things would be so much different and better for me now. Those were the good old days.
