@djthrowed - Thats terrific! But you know Magno still hot and still one of the dopest from H Town! Either way cant take anythjng away from Mike he changed the game, And "Who Is Mike Jones" is still a classic....And still goes hard real talk, He did lose alot of respect from alot og cats from houston though but it is what it is.

First off he's said in a bunch of interviews he started workin out and eating healthy. He also was sippin alot back then which makes you swell up. Magno had no swag and was not hot, plain and simple. As far as fall off, he sold two million records off his first album, ran a popular club in Houston, and probably wanted to enjoy his success.

Naw all these down south artists mainly from houston been grinding putting out mixtape after mixtape and Jones was runnin with Swishahouse and he blew up got greedy, and left his right hand man MAGNO out in the cold and wanted all the money from shows and the album they dropped!!

Shady muthafucka soon after that he got skinny and dropped some albums that flopped.....I would say Karma??

He did what all other wack a** one hit wonder southern rappers do, FALL OFF.See the music industry is so f***** up. Lables are afraid to take chances. There is no more A&R, no artist development. If you got a buzz and a catchy song that everyone is feeling they'll sign you just for the moment to try a make a quick buck. I'm a long term investment not a FAD. I will never get signed and I'm cool with that. I don't have money to "create a buzz". I gave up the hustle for a 9 to 5 and for my sons. Simply having talent is not enough to get you signed these days cause no one gives a f***, it's all about a dollar. So f*** getting signed. I do music because I love it. And you can put me up against any of your favorite rappers and I will body em. Oh and I'm born and raised from Birmingham,Alabama by the way. Oh but Alabama n***** are slow and can't rap...riiiiiight.
