Update: Lawyer Representing Suspect In Jennifer Hudson Family Slayings Quits
According to The Associated Press, attorney Joshua Kutnick revealed today (February 23) that he will no longer represent William Balfour.
Kutnick said he believes that Balfour is innocent but he cited long hours and finances as the reasons for his withdrawal.
"It's the kind of case that involves intense hours," Kutnick said. "I was gathering all resources, but I couldn't finance it."
Balfour is charged with killing Hudson's mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew last year. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Balfour, who is the estranged husband of Hudson's sister Julia, will be assigned a public defender.

He will not get away with it..My heart and prayers go out to Jennifer..Glad U are taking this better than expected!! I have been a fan since American Idol...Keep up the good work. The only good thing is He's gonna get convicted but he left the door open for an appeal...good luck.
