“This Wednesday, October 20th, I will be on The Oprah Show doing the most in depth and revelatory interview I have ever done,” Tyler Perry tweeted yesterday. HipHollywood has now learned the nature of this interview that’s sure to have everyone in the audience sniffing and reaching for tissues. The famed director/actor paid a trip to Oprah’s couch to discuss his abusive childhood in New Orleans, which he first revealed last year. Perry reportedly breaks down in tears while recounting the day he was raped by a family member. He refers to it as the day he “died.” He further explains he was beaten and raped by both male and female members of his family and once blacked out for three days.

"It's so disgusting," Perry says to Winfrey as the tears stream down his enraged face.
