Too Short Runs From Police In L.A., Trips & Falls In The Street. Gets Busted For DUI & Narcotics Possession
Oakland rapper Too Short had a bad experience this morning with Los Angeles police. According to TMZ, Short Dawg, real name Todd Anthony Shaw, was pulled over for traffic violations. Cops determined that he appeared to be under the influence and attempted to have him take a breathalyzer test.
Police say the 46-year old Oakland rapper took off running, but didn't get far because he tripped and fell in the street.
He was arrested and placed in the back of a police cruiser. Short then reportedly tried to dump drugs in his possession in the back of the cruiser.
Officers took Short to a substation where he is being booked for DUI and felony narcotics possession.

i dont blame him. Sure...it's stupid to have drugs on you and get pulled over... But knowing the harsh penalties they have for Narcotics there...would you not at least TRY to rid of them if you thought you could get away with it? If he had succeeded, he would only have DUI and Running from Popo to deal with. So he's got resisting added on to it....i'd say it was worth a shot.
