RealTalk: It seemed that in my observation hip-hop was chillen with all the BLATANT disrespect to woman within the content. I mean it was there but it could be overlooked because the foundation of the song was about something else so a woman like myself could listen to a song and think, “that’s for hoes” and keep it moving. However, lately new product being pushed out seems tacky and disrespectful. For example, 50 CENT I am a “fan”, ya welcome 50! Been one since the New Yorker came out the box, love all HIS cds. His bold I don’t give a f*** if you want to play dumb but I’m going to keep it real; I could identify with, but on a lot of his new material I can’t find a connection. When I’m listening to his new music I’m thinking does dude really think so little of woman? Normally there’s a “I hate hoes" song and then a “That Woman Is Bad” song,or at the least there is the “I really want to have sex song”, but that didn’t even happen. Yayo's first song is with 2 short? Its like don’t you think what appears to be so much hatred for woman is why niccas are openly gay? As a consumer of hip-hop I think they need to do better (not to mention the new white is right and black is alright trend). My money is just as good as any niccas bills, which 50 and his fine azz should consider. I be like f*** a b**** I’m tryna stay rich (but woman are thirsty?) #Fail.. He might be use to fucken with hoes but I can’t relate?
