T.I.'s Probation Officer Recommends Prison; Lawyers Seek Lesser Sentence
(AllHipHop News) Prison time for T.I. is inevitable, although prosecutors and defense lawyers representing the rap star are arguing in court over how much time he should spend in prison for violating his probation.
According to reports, T.I.'s probation officer has recommended a sentence of eight to 14 months in prison, while lawyers for the rapper countered that at most, T.I. should be sent to prison for 5 to 11 months.
At 2:00 PM on October 15th, T.I. will find out just how much time he will spend behind bars, for violating the terms of his probation on September 1st in Los Angeles.
Police stopped the rapper around 10:45PM on the Sunset Strip, after he made an illegal U-turn in his Maybach.
A search of the occupants revealed that T.I. and his wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle were carrying a controlled substance, later identified as ecstasy.
Additionally, T.I. tested positive for drugs during a test conducted after the traffic stop.
T.I. was on probation after being released from prison last March, after serving a year for attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers in October of 2007, just before the BET Awards.

Yo, T.I. just trying to live. Most all of you bloggers smoke weed. Maybe do E. But Exstasy can't be found in your system after 3-4 days, preferably 4 days. So you best believe he was doing that and believe he will still do it after he gets out again. Don't judge people. That illegal u-turn s*** was more than just a mistake, they was following him. Why was he driving his own Maybach? He he wanted to ride and get high he shoulda had a driver. The cops would have had no right to fu*k with the passengers. Plus, when you have as much on the line as TI did, he and Tiny shoulda been took they pills before they left or immediately as they were pulled over. Or pills are very easy to toss out the window and not be noticed unlike if he was riding with another drug. Or he coulda dumped them in a 20 oz soda bottle and they disolve, or crushed them and spread them on the floor so they would just look like dust. It's sad, but my homie got caught out there.

He so dumb. Why would you make a u-turn on Sunset Blvd. in a maybach. With pills, killer, and sizzurp in the car. This n**** must want to got to prison. cuz thats move was basically asking to. And you going to schools and doing all this community service telling kids not to do drugs. His credibility is shot out here. And I still lightweight I think he snitched LIKE FAREAL. Damn TIP

He has got to do much better than what he has been doing! He be listening to the devil and his advocates because he should have known better. He on probation, had drugs in his car and then makes an illegal u turn in LA those drugs were talking mad ish to him! It's like he was asking for that. Oh well back on lock down! That is crazy but that's how it goes when you not thinking straight. Man jail again, not good.
