But 4 real doe, I know a lot of people will be talkin' slick about Soul after seeing him tell Jack not to disrespect him like that. You gotta realize that he wasn't being a d***, he was just being real. You have to realize the s*** he's gone through in his life. As a child, he suffered from a disease/syndrome that made him unable to open his eyes, put welts all over his body, gave him a near deadly fever, and essentially made him ugly to everyone else. He was scarred both mentally and physically from this as he lost pigment in his lips (Black Lip B******), and is unable to go out in the sun without glasses due to his squinty, light sensitive eyes. Fast forward to the present. Out of all four Black Hippy members, he is by far the least recognized/most underrated when he is arguably the most deep/sensible/creative. He's a lyricist, unwilling to sellout in a world where if you don't have drake sucking your c*** on the feature, u aint on billboard's radar. In addition to that, the comment Jack made was inadvertently bad taste (Jack didn't know, so Soul was cool about it,) because Soul only had two women in his lives up until recently. His mother, and his girlfriend, singer Alori Joh. If you're familiar with TDE, then you would know that Alori jumped off a water tower earlier this year, causing Soul to go into a deep depression. Listen to "The Book of Soul" off of Control System, the guy's been through a lot. I'm a blatant troll, so the fact that I'm taking the time to write this much should show you guys that this guy really is a real rapper, with genuine content and emotion. TDE. BLACK HIPPY.
