haha nioce shot q, "the rhyme police" put out a track, and narc out yo self hahaha

he said they quick to do these lists"

perhaps the term hottest rapper should be a bit more specific, like the most popular rapper for audience under 21,
or most positive influence,
obvious Q dont think much of these rappers are great rhymers
i think what he is trying to say, lets not confuse hot mc for a dope mc.

do your reserch kids find out what a real mc is, once u find that underground vibe u can never go back to that radio trash, f*** mainstream rappers they cant rock shows they cant write decent lyrics all they give a s*** about is gettin paid. what a shame at least where i live we have a dope hiphop scene (newzealand). i would love to see them put on the spot then people would have a better idea of whos a real mc. Hiphops last hope remains in one of these artists

if it was me, i would make a list of the best mc's today, then have them get on stage and battle it out for the real crown... straight off da dome battles. no written s*** allowed. who ever wins is the best mc for that year... all comers welcome, north, south, east, and west. and the winner from the list battles an underground cat. someone who's hungry for it. i bet that the established mc would get mopped up by that underground cat. let the old skool mc's judge it.. they use to have something like that, for mc's and dj's... if u dont remember, look at epmd's first album cover... they were the best mc's with the best dj at that time... and folks acknowledged that s***....

The peeps b4 did and do respect where it (Hip Hop) came from. I think that the folks 2day respect it in a sence, but dont respect cats from da past. If they sat back and listened to folks like big daddy kane, special ed, rakim, krs one, s*** even will smith back then. they would get a good sence on how to give a deliverey on their rhymes. They think that if u have just a good beat and a hook, u have a hit on ur hands. some cats today wouldnt last back then. back then u had it all. verses, beats, hooks.... now adays, their missin either 1 of the 3 or 2 of the 3... bammas dont know how to put words to a canvas.. thats s*** what slick rick would do. u could picture everything he was sayin. name one artist today that can do it and name one song of that artist, i bet to ur one i can name three of slick ricks. now, they need to split the list up.. have a greatest spitter of all time, greatest mc today, greatest story teller, you know s*** like that. and oh yeah, greatest freestyle artist out today and all time...
