props @ Corey thompkins - pharrel i would presume that hes renting - probably to get a different atmosphere to be in his element to produce new work for his clients.

To own a Yacht like that is A LOT of money for maintenance

If you're going to dream... DREAM BIG PEOPLE!! Sure "Skate board P" is RICH AND VERY BLESSED... we all know that! However, there's a big difference from being rich and being WEALTHY!!! The company that makes these Yachts, THEY ARE WEALTHY! Yeap rappers and musicians have a lot of MONEY, DONT GET ME WRONG... but just keep in mind ya'll the RICHEST MAN IN THE WORLD IS WORTH 74 BILLION...
