The 2013 MTV Movie Awards were held Sunday night at the Sony Pictures Studio Lot in Culver City, California. Snoop Dogg and Ke$ha took the opportunity to puff on a blunt while presenting an award. Not sure about Ke$ha, but we know Snoop has his California medical marijuana license.
