ike father like son, Lil Nate Dogg sounds just like his father on debut album
The new album releasing November 28th 2017 from Nate Dogg’s own son Lil Nate Dogg (Nathaniel Dwayne Hale jr), age 23, “Son Of A G” now contains 4 modern day trendy versions of some of his famous fathers biggest hits! The young and talented child of the rap icon comes across strong with a revamp of “Cant Deny It” featuring Brooklyn rapper Jus. Other Nate Dogg massive hit songs are transformed into his son’s voice on: “Next Episode” (Featuring GQ), “Regulate” (Featuring Jus), and “Im Fly” (Featuring Jus). Critics have already given the album very high remarks and praise and call Lil Nate Dogg a “Psychical and vocal clone of his father”. Hit song maker Baby Bash also appears on the album and spent extensive time helping polish Lil Nate Dogg to get his album ready. Baby Bash co stars on and helped produced the album’s title track “Son Of A G”, a passing of the torch anthem which also features rap legend Sen Dog of the almighty Cypress Hill. Baby Bash also appears on the laid back, California vibin’ “California Sunshine” which also features Long Beach rapper GQ. Another song on the album called “Talk To Me” which features Kelly C and Sen Dog is sure to be a crossover hit song with its dance style beat, catchy sing along chorus and Edm like style mixed with Lil Nate Dogg’s smooth rap style Nate says “lets take a walk, show me how you feel, I wanna get to know you develop something real”. Another West Coast rap icon appears on the album Tha Dogg Pound’s own Kurupt, hailed by Eminem as one of the top 5 rappers ever, who is on two of the breakthrough albums songs “Moon Rock Bomb” and “Tales From The Crypt”. Both of those songs also include Rillah, whom is a lifelong friend of Lil Nate Dogg. Still no one can forget future West Coast long term classics like “The West Coast Is Back” which is a landmark song for Lil Nate Dogg who declares “the West Coast is back throw your W’s up mang” with his great young voice.
