Seventh Grade Teacher Suspended For Showing Eminem's "Superman" Video To Students

A Massachusetts teacher is facing disciplinary action for showing middle class students a racy music video by Eminem.

Sarah Jordan was placed on administrative leave with pay by Sarah W. Gibbons Middle School in Westborough, MA, after administrators found out she had shown the video for "Superman" to her students during a class on media analysis. The video features porn star Gina Lynn, and has both a censored and non censored version. Police are trying to figure out which version was shown to the students.

We have a preliminary report that will be followed up,Police Chief Alan R. Gordon told the Telegram.

The school said Jordan had never been disciplined in her ten years teaching at the school before this latest incident.

Should she have been suspended?

dumb move, too many suggestive subversive things in this video to show to kids who don't understand what they are watching.

well here's the thing, why are 7th graders learning media relations? this is a topic for adults, they wont understand all the BS in the media anyways. and quite frankly, this is MEDIA so why the f** shouldn't she show it? if the school is so concerned with it then they shouldnt have MEDIA RELATIONS as an option for students to attend. everything in this country is made out to be such a big deal, when the real problems are much much bigger than an eminem video. besides. you can learn something out of nothing... let the kids see what the world is and its ultimately their decision to make the right choice...

If I was a Parent, I'd have a problem with a non high school teacher showin my kid a video.. thats why we got so many dumb azz kids runnin round these days.. Teachers tryin to be cool and "connect" when they should be teachin some of these lil ignant baztards how to read, write and understand basic math.. not fuqqin media relations or wha tha fuq eva

I hate to be redundant, but I'd like to know for what purpose she showed that video in a middle school classroom.

Mizz Saigon attends The Dream's listening session for his new album "IV Play"

It's your girl Mizz Saigon and I attended The Dream's listening session. As I walked up the block of the location the event was being held, I see this long line of people. And all I'm thinking is please don't make me have to wait on it. Just my luck Shampoo was at the door and in I went! The ambiance was sexy and cozy and the open bar made it that much better. Immediately I bumped into well known DJs Big Kap and Boy Wonda then DJ Tommy Gunz of Def Jam. I made my way through the venue and I…See More
