Rihanna Tells Oprah Winfrey She Still Loves Chris Brown. Says The Two Are Close Friends [Video]

Rihanna opened up in a way she never has before during her interview with Oprah Winfrey, which was aired last night.
She was asked about the status of her relationship with Chris Brown and didn't hold back.
"We've been working on our friendship again now we're very, very close friends," Riri said. "We built a trust again and that's it. We love each other and we probably always will. And that's not anything we're gonna try to change. That's not something you can ever shut off if you've ever been in love."
The singer denied currently seeing Brown.
"He's in a relationship of his. I'm single, but we have maintained a very close relationship ever since the restraining order's been dropped" she continued. "We've just worked on it little by little. And it's not been easy."
Rihanna admitted to seeing Brown recently in St Tropez, but insists nothing happened. Although she said it's difficult seeing him face to face.
"It's awkward because I still love him," she admitted. "My stomach drops. I have to maintain this poker face and not let it get to the outer part of me. I think he was the love of my life."
