He said he got the concept from big daddy Kane's song. He also said the way Cain is spelled is a play on the streets as in COCAINE since he proclaims himself as a former drug dealer; I think that's what he meant, or look at the video again.

That doesn't make sense or it would be written "The Wrath of Kane" I think it comes from Cain & Abel and Pusha T is Cain and NO Malice is Able because he serves God now. Pusha is probably pressured to go against Christianity in order to maintain his career.
