A 12 years-old child, nicknamed “El Ponchis” (the cloak) has become one of the most bloodthirsty murderers of the world. He is a member of the Cartel of the South Pacific (CPS), in the state of Morelos, Mexico, and can be seen in a video beheading one of his victims, hitting another, and posing next to a corpse.

According to police sources, “El Ponchis” committed his crimes in the company of women, some of them his own sisters, known in the town of Tejalpa as “The Chavelas.”

The CPS is a band of thugs aged between 12 and 23 years, considered the heir to the cartel of the Beltran Leyva brothers in Morelos. Incredibly, the band uploads photos on the internet showing up weapons, drugs, cars and how they cut the necks of their enemies.
