President Obama Calls Kanye West A "Talented Jacka$$"
It's been nearly three years since Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards, but some things are never forgotten.
President Obama called Kanye a jacka$$ at the time and not much has changed since September 2009.
Obama repeated the same statement to David Samuels of The Atlantic during a brief interview recently when asked which rapper he preferred most, West or Jay-Z.
“Jay-Z,” Obama says. “Although I like Kanye. He’s a Chicago guy. Smart. He’s very talented.”
When reminded that he once referred to Yeezy as a donkey's rear end, Obama said his feelings hadn't changed.
“He is a jacka$$,” Obama continued. “But he’s talented.”

Kanye is a pop tart with a great musical gift but he isn't a great representation for the CHI. When I think of a great rep for the CHI Common comes to mind not Ye!
