Official Statement Regarding Young Buck's Drug Test Story [TI50]

You may have seen reports that Young Buck was in trouble for faking a drug test.

Last week, in Nashville federal court, Young Buck pled guilty and was sentenced to a fine, probation, drug treatment and community service for violating the conditions of his supervision. He got caught trying to fake a drug test.
Normally, these situations are dealt with in the form of a violation of supervision but, because of who Buck is, he was charged with a new felony. The US Attorney’s office wanted to make an example of him and they did.

"I am glad that Judge Campbell agreed with our joint recommendation that Buck be sentenced to probation, a fine, community service and drug treatment," his attorney, Scott Leemon, told us.
"This was a fair result, most importantly, because Buck was spared any prison time and permitted to get back on the road to perform and make new music. In fact, he went right from court to go meet 50 on his Effen vodka tour."

That's how it is in my city, they will watch you like a Hawk those last few months of probation and arrest you for some bum ish and put you right back on extended probation w/ more hefty fines. Once they have you in the system they don't won't you out, all they want is money. Your best bet is to pay fines in full up front (if you can) and go on unsupervised visits.
