Odd Future's Earl Sweatshirt Disses Jay-Z's New Album On Twitter "If You Really F*cked With Magna Carta Then Unfollow Me"

Many fans and critics are praising Jay-Z's album Magna Carta Holy Grail, but Earl Sweatshirt of Odd Future is not one of them.

The rapper took to Twitter Thursday (July 11) to trash the project.

"If you really f*cked with magna carta then unfollow me," Earl wrote. "I hope that opinions on my material throughout my career are based on the quality of it and not how big my name is. Hahah welp theres goes the last of the black fans i had."

A few fans were offended by Earl's opinion and let him know it. The rapper even retweeted some of the insults thrown his way.

Earl seemed to take the criticism in stride and later joked about it.

That's crazy how this lil n**** is entitled to his own opinions but he don't want you to follow him if you don't agree, wtf sense does that make? If you don't f*** with the album or Jay, just say so and people would have defended him no matter if like the album or not. That's why OF fans are so f****** stupid, they don't call these lil n***** on they b*******. He deserves to be insulted for being a hypocrite.

Freedom of opinion is something no one can ever take from you...but what kills me is how ppl say ... that man can have an opinion... of course he can...but when you publicly speak your opinion of course you open yourself up for opinion on your opinion... How you going to defend somebody having an a opinion..but knock the guy who has an opinion about your opinion...if you are going to publicly voice your opining ...which is then more than just an opinion...it's a statement... be ready to stand up for it...opinions are something you give when asked... that wasn't an opinion, that was salt and shade... which is ok...just be ready to stand up...
