Mystikal Headed Back To Jail For Domestic Abuse
Mystikal, who was just released from prison in January 2010 after serving six years on a sexual battery and extortion charge, is headed back to jail.
A judge sentenced the 41-year old Cash Money rapper to three months in jail on Monday for violating his probation following an arrest in February on a domestic abuse battery charge.
“It was an unfortunate incident between two people who have cared a lot about each other for 10 years,’’ said Roy Maughan Jr., Mystikal's attorney. Maughan also added that his client has two children with the victim.
One of the stipulations of Mystikal's probation was that he remain arrest and conviction free according to The Advocate.
The sentence begins on May 14.

This is when being a Baby Momma goes wrong. Why would a woman take part in sending her support system back to jail? There goes the money. As in its gonna stop coming in now because she wanted to be spiteful. And Mystical shoulda just moved on and had nothing to do with her except take care of your kids. I mean she only gone put you in jail.

I don't understand why people even believe any of these Domestic abuse stories..These chicks just be lying to get back at the dude. She probably mad he moved on and got out jail and landed with Cash Money and probably wants more money for child support or money in general. He just served a sentence and got out and signed a deal. What does he really have to be mad at? or why would he risk it? Makes no sense. Shame people believe anything and will judge him for it.
