the freestyle u think of isn't that. spitting over random beats to these guys is a freestyle. Basically a dj freestyle is like a dubbplate. Riding different beats with random word patterns and phrases. they're not always lined up the same. Just arsenal from the repetoire! The freestyle at the corner battling out with the boys is the same thing. ONly difference is they never usually have albums or even records. So they be using the same lines just mixing it up but they're never just so random in a battle. Now if your talking funky freestyling like Snoop does then i get what your saying but thats the difference!
