Lil Wayne took part in the Caesars Total Rewards concert that was streamed live Thursday (March 1), but the rapper failed to show up for his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. So Jimmy made the most of it by pulling a member of the audience onstage, giving a dreadlock wig and baseball cap and asked him to do a Lil Wayne impression.
