"Forever? And ever? Britney Spears' father Jamie Spears will remain in control of his daughter's life permanently. Court papers, which went into effect this week, claim that Britney “is substantially unable to manage … her financial resources or to resist fraud or undue influence.” Finances will be handled by Jamie and Britney's lawyer, Andrew Wallet while her father will solely handle Brit Brit's personal endeavors.
The agreement gives permanent control of the pop star’s finances to her father, Jamie Spears, along with attorney Andrew Wallet. While Jamie is sole conservator over Britney’s personal matters.
In the papers pertaining to Britney’s financial matters, it states Britney “is substantially unable to manage … her financial resources or to resist fraud or undue influence.”
When it comes to control over Britney, herself, the papers state the star “is unable properly to provide for his or her personal needs for physical health, food, clothing, or shelter.”
The personal order also gives Jamie Spears “the power to restrict and limit visitors by any means.”

Oh my gosh poor Brit Brit...I hope she straightens out her mental state soon cos this is not good. Her daddy means well but she is an adult and needs to be able to handle life on her own.
