UNDER THE CALIFORNIA 3 STRIKE LAW .. YOU usually get LIFE aka this KIRBY DUDE already had 2 PREVIOUS FELONIES ... So his DUMB A** shoulda been a BETTER CRIMINAL & He shoulda SCOUTED his BURGLARY SPOTS ahead of TIME (lol) & If he knew LL COOL J lived their hes EXTRA STUPID cuz LL COOL J .. WAKES UP in the MORNING & goes on UPHILL RUNS & LIFTS WEIGHTS & all that EXERCISE s*** before he even has BREAKFAST I think

S***'s crazy these days..you still got people still committing crimes at the age of 56..smh I mean damn"..the burglar is almost 60 applicable for a senior citizen discount and LL presses charges on brah knowing he's homeless, and ain't got that much longer to live because his old age. Not to mention LL put serious hands on the man..that probably won't even heal right after this..especially if ol boy is a diabetic or has a existing medical problems, just like his criminal history!! But all jokes..and judgment to the side...the fact that this old man is getting tried for three strikes..p***** me off!! Being the wiser of these unjust laws here in ("California") I hear people on this website speaking on this article...just feeding in to the ultimate agenda..not mentioned here by anyone. I mean are we as a people that oblivious..to the hidden motivation here? Well first off, I personally don't know the burglar..or LL Cool j..and I clearly understand the severity of the breaking and entering situation, especially while your children are at home. I mean you never know what could of happened..in terms of the crimes that could of potentially been carried out by the burglar..so I'm not justifying his criminal acts at all. However.. I'm also aware that this situation took place in ("California") where coincidentally the (3 strike law) has been rallied against and has caused so many families grief..beyond relief for the father's, mother's, brother's and sister's..who became a victim to the racist unjust law that has statistically put minorities behind bars for life in(California)then any other state as a whole combined!! For petty theft offenses such as stealing one slice of pizza,because the individual was hungry..down too my own Mother..receiving a unjust sentence of (25 to life) FOR (3 STRIKES) FOR $5.OO) who had a drug using problem..but never committed murder..only theft to support her habit as a young juvenile..a mother of 6 children who had 3 taking away..to later receive eternity in prison since 1994) when the (3 strikes law was first introduced. So they needed someone to to take a fall, whom they could make and example of..so she became the first (African-American) woman to receive such a sentence ever in history!! True story checc it out for your self on (L.A times) Joyce Demyers)..but please disregard the journalist-es obvious bias, marginalized..perspective..in the article depicting her as a bad person regardless of her justified acquittals as a young adult!! So the relevance of me mentioning and sharing my mother's story to thisis50.com blog..is that I suspiciously find it peculiar..that a non-violent crime was committed with no bad ending..except for the old man who made the poor choice of breaking into a famous guys house who physically taught him boxing lesson..is also about to receive a lengthy life sentence for being homeless, who was obviously not too bright, and who knows if he could of been on some kind of drugs at the time. So you would spend tax payers money to cloth and shelter him in prison..because society feels he is a life long threat at the age of 56 ? Or could it be that the controversial unjust (3 strikes)law..is on the (2012 Bali) for the second time..in which they plan to distort and twist the facts & globally demonize (Prop 36) in what (Arnold Schwarzenegger)the Adulterer..did as a California Governor..who lied and said that all convicted criminal rapist are gonna get out and blah blah blah..which is far from the truth. Being that everyone's circumstances aren't the same and have to thoroughly be considered, beyond reasonable doubt of their constitutional rights & innocents. So guess its up to the powers that be to decide since they use global media..and one current prime example, to put forth a unconscious fear..that financial effects us..not to mention to continue to perpetuate injustice which is the main reason California has a massive over populated prisons system..then any other place in the United States that has become even more larger then Communist Countries..which is based on fact not opinion!! So I lost respect for ll cool j..for participating in their agenda you bullet head..hypocrite q****!!
