Lil Boosie Claims Louisiana D.A. Has Vendetta Against Him, Files Motion To Have Himself Removed From Murder Trial
Lil Boosie is literally in a fight for his life, and he and his lawyers are doing everything they can to get him off the hook before the trial even starts.
Boosie claims District Attorney Hillar Moore III has a vendetta against him and only sought murder charges after hearing a song by Boosie dissing the D.A. titled "F*ck Em All."
"F*ck the D.A. and the lawyers/your racist a** is going to hell/You'll probably be dead when I come out of jail ya old b****," Boosie raps on the song.
Jason Williams, the attorney for Boosie whose real name is Torrence Hatch, has filed a motion asking that Boosie be removed from the case.
"Mr. Moore learned of these disparaging comments and within 10 days of hearing these remarks, he prepared a case against Torrence Hatch to bring before a grand jury when the individuals actually responsible for this crime had been in custody for quite some time," court papers read
Boosie and two others including a 17 year old, who was the alleged trigger man are accused of killing 39-year old Terry Boyd in a turf war.
The motion will be heard June 22 according to Contact Music.
