I 100% agree with @GP88. Kendrick is hot without a doubt, but after listening to the album at least 10 to 11 times I realize that it's not as good as everyone makes it out to be and if you're not already a Kendrick fan you probably wont even like it.

"whats the purpose of this song?" If you say whats the purpose of this song then you might as well say "whats the purpose of the album" You people are idiots who probably didn't listen to every minute of the damn album to follow a simple a** story.
This song is the best on the album. More creative, rugged than any lil wayne rick ross b*******

I don't get people. I bought this album and felt it was Average at best. After listening to the album from beginning to end a few times to get the feel for each track, none of them including this track really stuck to me. There is no track(s) on here that people will remember for a long time. Album wasn't terrible like most albums these days but K-Lamar would be an after thought if this was the Golden era of Hip Hop. But because us fans are vying for that "Real" artist, we hear K-Lamar and dub him the next Nas. Maybe to simple minded fans he's the next great, but to me, he's just another good Hip Hop artist with potential to be Great& Creative or Repetitive & tiring.

Kendrick gets busy. The skit set the song up perfectly don't know how it doesn't fit in the theme of the album.
