Last time I checked acknowledging the people that helped mold you into the artist you are today is a great gesture of respect. It's a good song and was clearly made with the best of intentions, Joell Ortiz continues to be a very talented and conscious rapper in my opinion.

I feel dude, but the way hip hop is now trying to add gimicks to sell records. I feel PUN wife even more. The im back songz to real family memebers of the decease is DISREPECTFUL. Homie you want to show respect and admoration make a tribute song. Hip hop has gotten very disrepectful in the last couple of years and the real fans are upset about it and not buying your album.. thank god for free s***..lol.. rappers talking about recession where..nicca yo house..I have a JOB!!!!!!!

Guess what students of hiphop ethics

With the line..Big Pun's Back...Joell is indicating he's trying to revive the feelin and pride Pun brought on his communitie. When he say's...I am the new Christopher Rioz...he say's he will carry the torch as if it was passed on to him.

Besides Joell Ortiz and Evidence i don't know other latino rappers who at this point could say s*** like that and back it up. Joell is a Beast !!!
