Joe Budden Coming With New Heat In The Form Of A Mixtape & An Album. Says Mixtape Will Be The Best Of 2012. Announces Release Dates
Joe Budden has never lacked confidence in his lyrical abilities. The Slaughterhouse emcee is definitely one of the best in the business and he intends to drive home that point with his two upcoming releases.
Jump Off Joey announced yesterday via Twitter that his A Loose Quarter mixtape is being released on November 23rd. He will follow that up with the January 22, 2013 release of his new album, No Love Lost.
Joe said fans won't be disappointed with the mixtape.
"16 tracks & we're still sitting here coming up w new sh*t.... Dedication @ it finest," he wrote. "Mixtape of the year. I'm calling it early."
When the mixtape is released you know we will have it here for you to download so keep it locked.

You're definitely entitled to your opinion, but I feel the exact way you feel about Joe Budden about Method Man and I think Redman held Black out 2 together. I never heard any of 421 either and honestly record sells don't matter because around the time meth went platinum so did Shaq. Ordinary Love S*** 1-3....Beast mode! Anything on that Slaughter House mixtape with DJ Drama...Beast! Joe spits about his life and things that regular people that don't drive bentleys can relate to. I'm not say Method wasn't nice back when Biggie was alive but he's not on my radar today. And As I said in my first post, Sean Price aka Ruck would demolish him and they been rapping about the same amount of time.

of course i did. that's why i typed the LMAO acronym. anything Meth did in the last five? hmmm...lets see: 421: The Day After, Blackout! 2, Meth, Ghost, and Rae album, his appearances on OB4CL2, and most recently his work on "Iron Fists" soundtrack. lets not forget METHOD MAN is a MULTIPLATINUM n*gga solo and collectively with the WU TANG CLAN. kick some more game at me.

That's cool! You have an opinion. I asked you some questions and then based my questions around time frame and ability in 2012. You just responded with your opinion, which addressed none of the points I made. By now, I'm thinking either you didn't understand my comment or you can't find anything method man did in the last 5 yrs worth talking about. In fact, do you still look forward to hearing music from him? Because I know a lot of people that do for Joe Budden. His Mood Muzik series is one of the most popular mixtape series. Joe Buddens is boring, uncharismatic, pompous without the skill to back it, and has ZERO star power. METHOD MAN is the exact OPPOSITE of Buddens, not to mention he's a member of the legendary WU TANG CLAN. Buddens is in LAUGHTERHOUSE...LMFAO!!! #massiveFAIL

Are we basing who's the better rapper off who sells the most? Because people think Rick Ross is top tier and he is only a gold selling rapper. Some say Banks, or Fab are top tier and they don't move units. We talk about Wayne and others being wack now. Sean Price and Fab five (Smif & Wesson, Heltah Skeltah OGCs) were competitive with and in some cases better than Method man and Wu back then and sales had nothing to do with it. Sean Price is a better lyricist today than Method Man (Ref: Mic Tyson mixtape). So in 2012, anyone that believes that Method is a better rapper than Joe Budden do me a favor, provide me any verse that Method Man has penned that is considered lyrical and I'm sure Budden has two to 10 better this year.
If not you probably believe that Too Short (over 16 albums all with Gold plaques) is a top tier rapper. No diss to Too Short, he is definitely the Ric Flair of rap but in his late 40's early 50's Ric Flair was not one of the best still...admit it!

How the hell can anybody compare Joe Budden to Method Man? Joe Budden is a dope lyricist but his legacy falls way short of Method Man. Joe Budden spent most of his career as a mixtape rapper and Meth is an icon
