Jay-Z lands on the cover of the latest issue of Billboard. Hov is preparing to release his latest album, Magna Carta Holy Grail on July 4th. That tweet is funny as hell, Jay dead a** wants to cheat to the game. If people start going platinum day one or even before the album's out, what do you think that's going to do to Billboard's credibility.
