Gladys Knight Says If Paris Jackson Disrespected Her Like She Did Janet Jackson "She Wouldn't Have No Teeth" [Video]

Gladys Knight was a guest on the CBS show The Talk earlier this week. The legendary singer was asked to weigh in on the current Michael Jackson family turmoil and the confrontation that took place between Janet and Paris.
Gladys explained that she was raised in the south, and a child wouldn't be allowed to disrespect an adult where she's from.
"It’s drama, that’s what it is. If you lived up under the microscope as this family does, everybody has dysfunctionality in their families, either one way or the other. See, I’m from the south and [we] was raised in that southern way," Knight said. "You have to understand that Paris is what, 14?. How old is Janet? Who's the one to try to direct the other one here? And I would think it's a good thing she lets Paris know who she is. "[Paris] shouldn't be put in the business. Because people read into that whatever they wanna read into that. That's how they get the drama. She's just trying to protect her in a way. But if she called me that she wouldn't have no teeth. That's the way we were brought up. I mean, you respect your elders."

its funny how people get on here talking ish about stuff they have no idea about. Paris should not be putn the family biznes out there on twitter period. I'm not advocating anybody beating MJ's kids but goodness, she is 14 and she needs to check herself. Her unties should know how to handle this sticky situations better....
