Fred The Godson is out doing promotional work for his new mixtape Gordo Frederico. He sat down with The Source recently to talk about the creative vision of the tape, getting Lil Kim to collaborate with him on a song, and whether Stic-Man and Jay Electronica ghostwrote for Nas on his Untitled album.
"We're talking about one of the greatest rappers ever," Fred said. "I don't be believing those rumors. I can't see it. Maybe I'm wrong, who knows, but if I had to put my life and my money on the line I would say nobody wrote that but Nasir himself."
Fred added that fans can expect a new mixtape coming from him soon.

Fred Da Godson is talented alright, his previous material speaks for itself, what he needs now is good beats, good concept for some tracks, nice hooks from some R&B chicks probably and he'll be straight. (He's verses won't be the problem.)
