Former Roc-A-Fella Co-Founder Kareem “Biggs” Burke Facing Up to 40 Years In Prison After Pleading Guilty To Federal Drug Charges

One of the men who helped start Roc-A-Fella Records along with Dame Dash and Jay-Z could be spending the next 40 years in a federal prison.

Kareem “Biggs” Burke pleaded guilty Thursday [March 15] to a single federal count of conspiracy to distribute, and to possess with intent to distribute more than 100 kilos of weed according to NorthJersey.com.

He entered the plea in Manhattan before U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain.

Burke was nabbed after an 18-month investigation dubbed "Operation Green Venom." He, along with 50 others who were also arrested, was involved in a massive drug smuggling ring that distributed weed from Florida to New York.

The ring supplied the drugs to customers in New Jersey and New York.

Burke faces a minimum of five years in prison and up to a maximum 40 years when he is sentenced May 18. He also has to give up $660,000, his home, $15,000 in cash that was seized from his home when he was arrested in 2010, and his 2010 BMW.

"MOST PRISONS ARE PRIVATE AND FOR PROFIT"

That is a complete lie, only 8% of inmates in the US are in private prisons. The other 92% are in public prisons. Lying doesn't help you make your point.

And all thats left of the roc is Jay. This n**** was the behind the scene drug dealer who blew his fortune. Dame had so much ambition, and in the end I feel like he blew his fortune on white Tee's, and now he owes the IRS. Call it what you want but Jay-Z was very smart to sever ties with these dudes. They were bad for business.
