if you walkin around flabbed out then you wastin ya life away...juss remember to get ya ress cos thazz when ya muscles grow NOT WHEN YOU WORKIN OUT!! thazz juss blood makin ya shets look big then 20 minutes after you done ya shets go down cos tha blood aint flowin to them...keep workin out and dont get discourage when ya shet dont grow fast as you want...even when you dont see physical change, ya body changin inside and physiologically!!

i work out erryday so i relate!! hit tha treadmill...then tha weights...then play bassetball then back to tha treadmill...then i drink my whey protein shake and iss money time!!
