Dream Big..

It was just a little over a year ago when I walked out of my job as a audio/visual technician at a fortune 500 company. Some thought I was crazy leaving what some may say a good job in a time when people were being laid off and let go and the economy falling to pieces. I had done a eight year stretch at that place, money was okay had a steady pay check, was able to pay some bills here and there on time, but I didn't have my dream. A dream that I have been building on since I saw Spike Lee's, She's Got to have it, back in 1987. 21 years later at the age of 34, I would walk out on faith and step into an area that I have been studying, and working steadily at for a long time. Has it been tough? within a year I lost my home, my cars, Money, and most important, I almost lost my family, But I never lost the Dream!! Through out the losses I also gained. I became smarter and wiser. I released a film J.O.O.K.S., a project I have been working on for almost 6 years. We released it to a sold out theatre in Raleigh and Greenville NC, with more dates coming soon. I focused my efforts on making that project a marketing and merchandising tool, in hopes that some day soon it will be picked up for national distribution. I say all this to say, no matter where you are in life. Dream, and Dream Big...And then Wake up and Do Even Bigger!
