Chris Brown and Drake are taking each other to court over the champagne bottle throwing brawl that took place last June at W.i.P. nightclub in New York City.
According to TMZ, the lawsuits are an attempt by each of the entertainers to avoid paying big money to a French model named Romain Julien who sued them and the club for injuries he suffered during the fight.
Both Brown and Drake claim they are not responsible for what happened at the club that night and have filed legal documents hoping to make the other pay any damages awarded to Julien if wins his lawsuit.
