Have This Valuable Rare 45 Vinyl Record, "I Won't Have Any Babies For You", by The Bitter & The Sweet that collectors are on the Internet and in attics looking and asking for?
“I Won’t Have Any Babies For You”, is a very rare two sided soul recording / flip “POW”, by “The Bitter & The Sweet”, released in Detroit in ’72.
When first released in ’72, radio stations and DJs were reluctant to give it airplay, saying it was too controversial and feared listeners backlash. The song resurfaced years later and became a dance hall favorite through out The United Kingdom, Japan, Latin America, Australia and now the USA, their home, via digital streaming.
The original, Bitter & The Sweet vinyl 45 record is such a rare piece of music that it's now in demand by fans and record collectors worldwide. The valuable rare vinyl has sold for up to $575 on eBAY.
The tune is written by Floyd Johnson and The Bitter & The Sweet, produced by Floyd Johnson, and arranged by Motown Record’s Funk Brother Lead Guitarist Robert White, the creator and player, of one of the most recognizable opening guitar intro licks in Soul & Rock on The Temptation’s “My Girl” hit.
The Funk Brothers, Motown’s studio house band with Earl Van D*** on piano, played the musical track, (as they did on every hit song that came out of Motown).
