Do You Believe This Dolla Alleged Killer Pleads Innocent ?
The man accused of murdering rapper Dolla has pleaded not guilty.
Aubrey Louis Berry entered the plea to murder and assault charges in a Los Angeles courtroom on Friday. The 23-year-old Atlanta resident remains in jail on $5 million bail. His lawyer claims the shooting was self-defense.
Dolla, 21, was killed while waiting in the valet area at the Beverly Center shopping mall in Los Angeles on Monday. The suspect was arrested later that day trying to board a flight out of LAX.
The rapper, born Roderick Anthony Burton II, was preparing to release his debut album Another Day, Another Dolla on Akon’s label.
Akon released a statement to ABCNews.com on Tuesday. “Dolla was part of the Konvict Entertainment family and an incredible artist. This is a senseless crime and the industry has lost a real talent. Our heart goes out to his family, friends, and fans.”

If Berry would have bombed on dude and got his get back right there with his hands them Mansfield niggas would have just sat back and watch. LA niggas like to watch a good fight.
Now what this sounds like to me is some white boy lawyer is trying to use LA niggas reputation to get a herb ass scared nigga off the hook. Dude is doing all this slandering of the Mansfields and he doesn't know it's going to be a gang of Mansfields in his new home. (He is going to get his ass beat on a daily.
Now, why doesn't he just man up and say that he smoked dude? Go ahead and start his time and he will be out in 15 to 20. He's only 23 now so, he will be 35 -43 when he gets out. He still have some life left at that age.
He busted on cat and got caught. It was only one dude so, you are better off coping the plea. The longer he holds out bullshitting the more it will cost him.
