DMX Sued By South Carolina Sports Bar For Failing To Show Up After Getting Paid
DMX is facing a new lawsuit this morning after being sued by a sports bar in South Carolina.
According to TMZ, Dark Man was booked to appear on August 25, 2012 at the Owl's Nest Sports Lounge to do a meet and greet for the bargain basement price of $3000. X failed to show and now the sports lounge wants their money back, plus expenses.
Owls Nest filed a lawsuit in a South Carolina court. They're seeking repayment of their $3000 back, plus $45 for several bottles of gin and $50 for a bartender.
X was arrested last month in Greer, South Carolina for driving without a license.

This is nothing new for DMX. I tried to go to his show like 6-7 years ago and he didn't show. The doorman told me it was the 5th time he booked a show and didn't show up.
