DMX is facing a new lawsuit this morning after being sued by a sports bar in South Carolina.
According to TMZ, Dark Man was booked to appear on August 25, 2012 at the Owl's Nest Sports Lounge to do a meet and greet for the bargain basement price of $3000. X failed to show and now the sports lounge wants their money back, plus expenses.
Owls Nest filed a lawsuit in a South Carolina court. They're seeking repayment of their $3000 back, plus $45 for several bottles of gin and $50 for a bartender.
X was arrested last month in Greer, South Carolina for driving without a license.
