A 24 year old dirtbag loser in Chicopee, Massachusetts is in trouble with the law after allegedly trying to trade his three month old baby daughter for beer.

Mathew Brace and the mother's baby had stopped at a gas station. While the mom was inside buying cigarettes, Brace put the baby in a maintanence worker's truck and said: "For two 40s, you can have her."

The maintanence worker instead called police. When they arrived at the scene they found Brace hiding behing a garbage dumpster with the infant.

Amazingly, Brace wasn't arrested. Instead he will have to appear in court on charges of reckless endangerment of a child.

The baby is now in state custody.
