Video After The Jump
Beyonce plans on pitching in to call attention to World Humanitarian Day 2012 on August 19th. The singer has already filmed a PSA. She will also be appearing in New York City in front of a live audience at the UN General Assembly Hall on the big day to film a video for "I Was Here." All proceeds from the song will be donated to the cause.
"It's high time we rise together," she says in the black and white video. "Do one thing for another human being — nothing is too small. It begins with each of us. Make your mark and say 'I was here.'"
