The 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards aired last night and the network paid tribute to the late Chris Lighty with an all-star line up of artists he managed under Violator.
50 Cent, A Tribe Called Quest, Missy Elliot, Busta Rhymes and Fat Joe had the crowd in Atlanta rocking as they performed some of their most memorable hits.
“Chris Lighty, we’re gonna rep you until we’re all outta here,” shouted Busta.
Rest in peace Chris Lighty.
