The Rewards Guide
My Guide
If you are reading this, then you are surely interested in earning free things online. To be honest, who wouldn't be? Getting Xbox Live, Microsoft Points, etc. for free can really help those on a tight budget as well as those who are still in school and not working. Perhaps you're already familiar with GPT (get paid to) websites, whether it be PrizeRebel, GamingLagoon, or Rewards1. This blog is devoted entirely to Rewards1, which I feel to be the best of the three. For those of you who are unfamiliar with how Rewards1 works, allow me to explain. The site lists a large collection of offers for you to fill out, you choose whichever ones you feel like doing, the survey's sponsors pay money to Rewards1 upon completion of the offer, and you receive points for helping PR earn money. Once you have collected a good amount of points, you will be able to order one of the many prizes Rewards1 offers to its users.
The first thing you must do is join Rewards1. You can do so here or http://tinyurl.com/cv8mcy
Be sure to only create one account, because if you make more than one, your account will be suspended. Use your real information when signing up. They'll send you a confirmation email and once you confirm it, you'll be ready to go.
Next, click on Offers to see all of the offers you can choose from. Choose one you're interested in and complete it as instructed on Rewards1.
Most offers will follow a similar format.
-On the first page, you'll be asked for your e-mail.
-On the second page, you'll be asked for your personal information. You don't have to necessarily use your actual information if you aren't comfortable with it, but the addresses and phone numbers must exist. Use a phone book if you must.
-After the personal information is entered, you'll come across a long list of offers with Yes or No on the left. Check Yes to two or three of them, and No to all the others and then submit.
-Next, some large offers will come up that you clicked Yes to. Just click Skip at the bottom. The only page you'll ever need to enter your info on is the first two, so don't get caught up in these extra ones.
-Repeat this process as there will be several pages with the Yes/No offers.
-The final step is the Silver/Gold/Platinum offers. Usually you'll be asked to complete a certain number of them on each page. All you have to do is open the required amount, wait until the offer loads completely, and then close it. Once you've done this all the way through the Platinum page (sometimes it ends on Gold too), just wait a minute or so, and check to see if you were credited on Rewards1.
SOME TIPS FOR COMPLETING OFFERS
1. Use a (real) email that you don't care about as you'll be receiving a lot of spam. If you use a fake email, you won't receive credit for the offer.
2. Always be sure to let every page load completely. If you skip a page while it's still loading, you might not get credited.
3. A lot of offers are sponsored by the same program such as Brandarama or InstantDollarz. IMPORTANT!!!!! - Be sure to clear your cookies frequently and use different emails from time to time to ensure that your information isn't stored in their system. If you don't clear cookies, they might not credit you for offers because they'll see your information in the system and think you've completed that offer already.
4. Brandarama are undoubtedly the hardest offers to complete. I'd definitely suggest using new emails frequently with these as your chances of receiving credit will increase. On Brandarama offers that are worth .40, all you have to do is fill out the first two pages and wait a few minutes for credit.
5. If you don't get credit for an offer, try using a different browser. I typically use IE, but there have been times where an offer wouldn't credit for me, so I'd switch to Firefox and then it worked great.
6. Sometimes it's a good idea to check your email after completing an offer. There might be a confirmation email from the offer you completed that you must click on in order to get the credit.
RECOMMENDED OFFERS TO START WITH
The offers which I would recommend starting with are as follows. You might want to sort the offers by name so you can find them quicker:
1. ArcaMax - These offers aren't worth many points, but all you have to do is enter your email and confirm the address, so it only takes about 30 seconds to complete.
2. Eversave - These offers are very reliable. Usually you'll just have to enter your information on the first page, then you'll receive many offers on the following pages, and all you have to do is click Skip to all of them until you reach the last page. Once you've reached the end, you should receive credit for them.
3. InstantOnlineGifts - These offers are usually worth .50 and they credit every time. Very easy to fill out too, only a few pages.
4. Any health related ads. This includes Abilify, iGuard, Orencia, Symbicort, Temper-Pedic, TogetherX, and many more. These ads are usually worth a good amount of points, ranging from 1-2 and credit just about every time.
