50 Cent To Release 'Street King Immortal' Album This Spring [Video]

Video After The Jump

Street King Immortal is one of the most anticipated albums of 2013. 50 Cent wants everything in place to properly launch the project. For that reason he has decided to release it this spring instead of on February 26.

"This spring," 50 told MTV, regarding the album's release date. "Actually it's the system. There's a lot of adjustments being made. Obviously at Christmas 35 people got let go [at Interscope]. So, it's interesting. It's a shift in whose responsibilities are what. I'm confident they'll put it together though so it will be out."

While fans wait for Street King Immortal, expect 50 to continue to provide new music and visuals. The next video to be released from the G-Unit mogul will be "Major Distribution" featuring Snoop Dogg and Young Jeezy.

"It's exciting. It's good. You get a chance to see us really work together, with me, Snoop and Jeezy, finally," Fif says of the new video. [With] Jeezy that was overdue. Me and Snoop have a relationship since '03."

50 Cent speaks on Street King Immortal's new release date.

@SonGetwreck u r giving clear examples why hiphop is wack knowadays. First off Rozay is dropping to many albums right after eachother. He is not allowing himself to grow musically and personally that's why all his music sound and feels the same. I respect ya opinion but GFAID flopped and everybody know it. 2 chainz sold more than Ross that's y he trying to drop a album again so soon.

@SonGetWrec First you are hating in all of the post about 50 or in other article second In my opinion the four tracks were straight bangers i dont care if Lil Wayne fans or Officer Ricky fans would love the album i will buy it because 50 never disappoints i know you will call me a dickrider or some b******* but it aint true i am a fan of 50 because he makes good songs which are different from the same s*** hiphop of today so i dont care what anybody says

@Top 3 = Ross/Banks/Kiss...the difference between Detox and SKI is that some people still care about Detox. Oh yeah, new RICK ROSS album in 2013 "Mastermind" on the way bruh. Ross on his 6th album, 50 keeps pushing back his 5th and sh*ttin on the fans. Now you tell me who won the war of 2009...

why release an album for interscope when you can just release mixtapes for free. If i was 50 i'd scrap the "album" and release the material as a mixtape as i said f*** you to jimmy iovine. major distribution is the best song i've heard since 50 was first here
