50 Cent Now A Licensed Boxing Promoter. Has Signed Former Featherweight Champ Yuriorkis Gamboa & Former Olympic Medalist Andre Dirrell
50 Cent continues to make power moves. The business mogul is now a licensed boxing promoter according to the Business Insider. He recently acquired a license to promote in the state of New York and is in the process of being licensed in Nevada, where most of the big money fight events are held.
The name of 50's new company is TMT, short for The Money Team.
As a former amateur boxer himself, 50 has a keen eye for talent. He has already signed gold medalist and former featherweight champion Yuriorkis Gamboa and middleweight, and former Olympic medalist Andre Dirrell.
According to reports, both fighters have connections to 50's good friend Floyd Mayweather Jr., having trained at his gym recently.

It always fun to watch 50's association with different projects, how blessed r u when just about everything u touch becomes valuable or more so. I like that he dosent allow people to put him in a box, slap a sticker on him, and say this is 50 cent. He kinda puts the pressure on u to step ur game up, so I can just imagine what the people that work for him must feel. lol Congrats 50

@THEMan Floyd's technically not a promoter. Do your homework. He SELF PROMOTES himself, exposes himself to the masses, gives people a reason to love him, hate him, and a reason to buy his fights. Mike Tyson was a self promoter believe it or not. Don King was Tysons problem. Mayweather promotions has never been a solid company. Just a movement. 50 has two high profile fighters in Gamboa and Dirrell. He needs to keep them active if he gone ever do the job right.
