I'm feeling this. I got a business mind right about now too. Real estate is cheap in the hood right now. It's a good time for me to venture into investment properties and I will accept Section 8 tenants. Need to form a new LLC - Bright Light Real Estate Group LLC? The hook on this song is gonna be my new anthem - "I got a business mind." It's all about creating multiple streams of income. This is definitely a hood song - love it!
