ZURICH

Another day Another Show , actually this is the 4th show in a row to finish off the first week of BISD European tour 2010.
It's a 10am load in today normally we begin load-in at 8am so this was sweet to have 2 extra hours.
As the lighting director I am responsible for all lighting and video content and thank the Lord and Rebekah Foster
(CEO Of Ujima Productions) who put together and amazing European Crew to help create the magic. I would like to thank All out vendors ahead of time.
Once the Rig and system is up I begin my focus and cueing specially designed for each venue. Now that all is good make sure I backup and save my show for the day. My final and most important focus is the intro reveal light for fifty.
I must admit the first couple of shows this light and intro wasn't so perfect but tonight
I MUST MAKE IT RIGHT.
6pm Dinner time and this is last looks before the BOSS arrives.
It's now 7pm I am smoking outside the backstage area when TEAM 50 vehicles pull up to the venue to a screaming crowd. I help to escort them in with
DIVINE our Tour Manager. First thing
Tony Yayo said to me when he saw me was
'SHA we was looking for you at the hotel', I explained I was at a different Hotel I am on the NFA production Bus (NFA= No Fun ALLOWED) there isnt ant time for it. Once we load out a city its shower time and on to the next city for us.
IT'S SHOWTIME and you could feel the excitement in the crowd when the intro began the audience went crazy then POW my reveal cue was perfect at this moment FIFTY KNEW it would be an amazing show and as He imagined it was. The Swiss people are stereotyped as SNOBS but this is an overstatement the crowd was by far the livest of week 1.
We all had an incredible time here as always when i come to Zurich and all I can say is WE'LL BE BACK......
